FOLLOW THE WOMEN is an international organization of ordinary women from many different countries who support the cause of peace and an end to violence in the Middle East. In a time when terror and cruelty are spreading around the globe, there has never been a greater need for the women of the world to work together for a more peaceful planet.
The aims of FOLLOW THE WOMEN are to;• Raise awareness of how the current situation in the Middle East affects the lives of women and children in the region. • Increase support networks between women all around the world.• Fund a counseling centre for the victims who live in an area of conflict.• To bring about an end to all violence and suffering.
In order to work towards achieving these aims FOLLOW THE WOMEN organized a cycle ride across the Middle East in April 2004

What happened in 2005 Bike Ride:

In September 2005 about 250 women from Austria ,Canada ,Denmark, France, Greece , Iran , Italy , Jordan ,Lebanon, ,Spain, Syria ,UK, UAE and US took part in a big event in the Middle East . They started cycling in the name of peace for women and children in the Middle East through 4 countries, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Palestine.
